    • Economy: 5 to 8 business days............Free
    • Standard: 3 to 4 business days............$3.00
    • Express: 1 to 2 business days...............$5.00

  • Cross-border Shipping Fees (based on weight) (7-28 days)

    • Orders $100.00 and above ...................................Free 
    • Standard: (Order Weight: 0lb–4lb).....................$5.00
    • Standard: (Order Weight: 4lb–10lb)...................$10.00

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order ships. Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.
  • Within 48 hours of shipment, you can track your package via the tracking service’s website (links provided below).

1. What Is Shipping Insurance?
Shipping Insurance provides enhanced protection for your items during international delivery. If your parcel is reported lost or damaged, we will reship it immediately at no extra cost.
2. When Will My Order Ship?
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
  • Processing Time: Typically 3–5 business days; 7–10 business days during peak seasons. This includes product preparation, quality control, and packaging—separate from shipping time.
  • Most orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary based on product availability.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
3. Will I Have to Pay International Taxes and Duties?
  • We do not charge additional customs fees, but the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees levied by their country.
  • Customs policies vary widely. Contact your local customs office for specific rates and details.
  • NookBricks is not responsible for these charges, and delays due to customs processing are rare but possible.
4. Shipping Information Verification
  • When placing an order, use the billing address and contact details matching your credit card statement. Mismatched information may delay your order pending verification.
  • Double-check zip codes, cities, and states for accuracy. Incorrect shipping details may require us to contact you for updates, causing delays.

5. Do You Ship to PO Boxes or Military Addresses?

We generally don’t ship to regular PO Boxes (for personal/business use). However, standard shipping is available for military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) and authorized government PO Boxes.

Please provide accurate, up-to-date shipping details (including a valid phone number) to avoid delivery issues. If packages are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses, customers will cover shipping and return charges.
6. Tracking Your Order
  • All parcels are trackable online. After shipment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link (valid within 48 hours).
  • Track orders via your account or contact our customer team for assistance.
  • Add us to your email contacts and check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you don’t receive updates within 3 days.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items Received
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact our customer service immediately with your order details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve it promptly.
8. Missing Items in Your Order
Items may ship separately due to different stock arrivals. Check your email for notifications about split shipments. Contact us with questions.
